D.E.N.J, Inc. is a second generation family operated residential/commercial developer based in Millstone Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey. The company has been in existence since 1988 and was founded by Gerald Baldachino Sr.
Gerald Baldachino Sr. has been joined by his son Gerald Baldachino Jr. and his nephew, Frank Baldachino, who have continued the traditions of honesty, excellence, and a superior quality residential experience in numerous subdivisions developed by D.E.N.J, Inc. in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Since 1988, D.E.N.J, Inc. has constructed more than 350 custom homes and 13 residential communities throughout New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania using only the finest materials and construction techniques. The D.E.N.J, Inc. tradition is to deliver a beautiful home at a reasonable price.
With over 25 years of experience, D.E.N.J, Inc. has assembled a team of highly skilled architects, engineers and craftsmen who are ready to assist our clientele with all of their new construction or renovation needs. Today, D.E.N.J, Inc. is currently working on single family communities in Millstone Township, Manalapan Township, and a retirement community in Pottstown, PA.
